Just a few steps away, from your camping village in Périgord, discover the Bastide of Beaumont-du-Perigord with its fortified church and covered market hall. This English Bastide was built in the XIIIᵉ century. A little further afield, you can discover the Abbey of Saint Avit Sénieur, a UNESCO World Heritage site. A few kilometers from our campsite in the Dordogne, the Abbaye de Cadouin and its extraordinary cloister founded in the XIᵉ century by Cistercian monks await you. The Grottes de Maxange, remarkable concretion caves unique in the world. The medieval village of Limeuil at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, with its old barge port and panoramic garden. Also worth a visit are the cingles of Trémolat and, on the way back, the medieval hilltop village of Belvès.
